• Upon arrival of your merchandise, you will be contacted to schedule a convenient delivery date.

  • The afternoon before your scheduled delivery, you will be contacted with a two hour window within which to expect the delivery. Any COD or further routing instructions may be verified at that time as well.

  • Because unexpected delays can occur on delivery day, we will attempt to contact you if we are running outside the quoted delivery window.

  • To better facilitate the delivery of your merchandise, please:

            Remove vehicles from the driveway.

            Unplug and remove any electrical or video equipment.

            Ensure the room is prepared.

            Secure any animals.

     Occasionally our drivers can assist in moving existing furniture pieces in order to complete the delivery, but this does not include pianos or electronics.

     Unfortunately, we can not load a vehicle with customers existing furniture.

     Check with your designer for any additional fees.
